He was so connected to the history and the culture and made the whole experience feel so authentic. He was so joyous to be around, always smiling , always professional. Sergio was brilliant also. Such a lovely energy and so helpful and patient. I was so impressed with the cook Rolando also . The food was fantastic. The porters deserve their pay to be DOUBLED. They worked so hard to make everything work seamlessly for the group. They were attentive , kind and so hard working. I was in awe of the crew to tell the truth. I will be recommending Willian Elvis and the team to everyone.

The attention and care of each member of the team was filled with so much care and hospitality. Our team: Guide: Elisban Chef: Amilcar Su Chef: Tom Horsemen: Elmer & Mislenia We couldn't have had a better team guide us through the vast valleys and altitudes of the Andes Mountains. Even with blistering cold and limited visibility, they made sure that our belongings and safety were of the utmost importance. Whenever we reached out destination for our meals, the tables were set with such beauty and every meal was so delicious. It was so baffling to imagine how they were preparing our meals with just a propane tank and all of the equipment carried by mule. But what was most important to me was the heart and the passion of each individual. To hear that our guide had to go through a rigorous education program to become a guide was so inspiring. The chefs had been practicing their craft for many years. The horsemen had been doing this year after year. And to know that they do such hard work to support their families and livelihoods was so endearing. And to add a special compliment was the care and attention that our guide Elisban showed when my wife became ill with altitude sickness. His knowledge and adaptability to make our excursion safe was so impressive and I am thankful to him for having the right medication and the skill to administer proper remedies. I sincerely hope that this company thrives and succeeds as a result of their dedication and passion to make your experience memorable and enjoyable.

Inca Trail to Machu Picchu + Rainbow Mountain 8 daysTraveling alone to South America, I was a bit nervous but Trexperience took great care of me and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was safe and informed of my plans and what the excursions would be each day. I did the walking tour of Cusco and surrounding areas, Rainbow Mountain, a tour of the Sacred Valley and the 4 day Inca Trail Trek. This trip was an experience of a lifetime and I left a completely different person. I feel so grateful to Trexperience for their expertise and communication. Hiking the Inca Trail was beyond my wildest dreams and they went above and beyond to make it memorable. Everything from the food to the camp setup to the tour guides were top notch. We had gourmet chefs and each meal topped the other. The guides were extremely knowledgable, caring and passionate about their culture and people. The airlines also lost my luggage and they were extremely diligent in finding my bag for me by continually calling LATAM airlines to find out where it was at. I was jetlagged, tired and nervous to be alone in a foreign country and they made me feel safe. I will forever be grateful to them for giving me a dream vacation.

Inca trail was still closed but I was glad that we got to try lares lake trekking. We visited some villages with people still living in the Inca way and it was very impressive.

Such an amazing experience. Roger our guide was a great guy, very experienced and full of local knowledge and stories. We were so well fed by our chef who never ceased to amaze us by producing fantastic local food every meal. The porters made sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed - even hot water bottles on a freezing cold night.
