Your host
We own and have restored this home with love. We love Carmel and were married there 34 years ago..
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with the character and the location of the home- literally 1 1/2 blocks to downtown Carmel...large super sunny lot close to town. It is Hugh Comstock's Sorybook Cottage and we have tried to maintain the character in the rebuilding of the home.
What makes this property unique
It is NEW and 3 bedroom/2full bath main house connected to a 1 bedroom/full bath cottage by a large sunny and private deck. There is also a garage.
