The biggest problem is nobody speaks English. It is very hard to communicate. Rooms are simple and clean. The breakfast is OK.

The hotel is very near to Luijiajuli financial district where all the fun activities take place. One can go there on foot enjoying local scenaries. The stay was comfortable and daily service was good. The breakfast in the morning is a glimpse to the Chinese quisine. The hotel should incorporate packages that include dinner focussing on international menues. Overall good breakfast service. You can also go on foot the Science and technology museum and market for gifts, Oriental tower, Shanghai aquarium and Huangpu river park shanghai. Just ask for directions at the reception. You can call for taxi service at the reception for your arrival and departure also.

Perfect place to lay your head.
Comfortable and clean. Good location and nice breakfast. It would be good if Hotel.com could put the address of the hotel in Chinese so the taxi driver could find it and/or the telephone number of the hotel to be able to phone for directions.

Ground floor was under renovation and was very dusty. Breakfast was quite simple and had to be taken back to room for eating. Room was clean and new though.
