Great precruise hotel needs renovation/upgrading. Experienced keycard issues which wasn't great 😕. Early morning noise from surrounding rooms that were being renovated which was not made know to us at check-in especially since we were staying in one of the mire expensive rooms too not cool...

The room had stains on the carpet it was old and has been painted and. Testily not a 5 star hotel .. far from it in very disappointed in the room to say the least Way way way overpriced for what you get and how old and out dated the renovation of this old hotel is This is not a 5 star hotel

Was a great experience. Near ports for cruiseships, $9/pp shuttle to the port, easy to arrange once present at hotel. Enjoyed the pool. Walgreens across the street for any 'sundries' or pre-cruise needs. We didn't get to walk much but there seems to be some ice cream and shops nearby
