Inca Treasures
Inca TreasuresSuch a great experience! It's a lot of traveling to get from the US to Cusco and then even more to get to Machu Picchu, but they are both treasures and are worth the trip. I would go back to both places. I was really impressed with Lima Tours' coordination and communication. They always had someone ready to greet you at the airport or pick you up at the hotel. We never had to wait for anyone or be confused. All the guides spoke English and Spanish, and the tours were all educational and informative. I was even more impressed with Lima Tours after hearing some horror stories from other travelers that used different tour operators. The hotels varied a bit, but overall they were great. They were always in good locations and had excellent service/staff. Great trip!

Andean WorldOverall a vary good tour. Our first tour guide combined in one sentence English and Spanish that made it hard to understand. It is better to make one statement in one language then repeat in the other language. Our hotel in Puno did not have an elevator. That part was awful but the staff was excellent.

Inca Magic
Inca MagicWe had an amazing time during our tour in Peru. It was well-organized, and it was great not to worry about our transportation arrangements going to different sites. The hotels were also ideally located within Cusco and Miraflores so it was a walking distance to restaurants. During our trip, we were mostly with Spanish-speaking visitors but the guides were able to smoothly transition to English translation. Also when shopping, it's recommended to look around Cusco markets first so you can compare prices to other shops in Sacred Valley trips. Lima Tours also provide an emergency contact number for any questions or issues, and they confirm pickup times daily with the hotel, so there is constant communication about the tour itinerary. Overall, it was a great trip and will be using Lima Tours if we visit Peru again.

Andean TrilogyOverall the experience was excellent. The tour company delivered the expected personal service. We were meet and helped at each step. We paid for the upgraded hotel option and were pleasantly surprised at the hotels in Cusco (Inkaterra La Casona) and Paracas (La Hacienda Bahía Paracas) . These hotels exceeded our expectations and are some of the best hotels we have stayed in and are highly recommended. The hotel in Aguas Calientes (Machupicchu Pueblo) meet our expectations. Hotel José Antonio Deluxe in Lima was a disappointment and should not be used as an upgraded hotel by the company. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was very hot and took a long time to cool down. The location was convenient however.. I highly suggest this tour with the upgraded hotel options but would insist on a hotel other then the Hotel José Antonio Deluxe

Discovering Cusco
Discovering CuscoWell planned, excellent representatives, tour guides, and hotels. Only problem was the scheduling on the day visiting Machu Picchu: we didn't get back to the hotel until 2300 and had an early morning flight. The train back was scheduled late and then we had to wait for another hour for other transfer passengers. Suggest that timelines be made more clear in order to help in making flight plans. Enjoyed this booking very much and would recommend it to all.

It was a wonderful trip. Peru is right up there with Taj Mahal and Egypt. The people , the food, the places, all magnificent. However and above all the customer service from TourRadar and it’s local contracted agents second to none. Thank you for making our trip one for the books.
