1/ elevator in the garage was broken. 2/ you check in with a robot 3/ the bathroom lools like a jail and smelled like vomit 4/ the soundproofing is soo bad that even a in room on the 20th floor we could hear the concert in the area ( no clue where) from our bed. 5/ the rooms smelled not clean at all. Your staying near freemont so it’s a loud area but we definitely didn’t hear anything from inside our room. We had a room in the “Grand Side” there is two other areas of rooms offered, Ours definitely needs updating but it wasn’t too bad for the reasonable price we got, I brought sanitizer wipes and did a quick wipe down of things but I always do that, our room package came with continental breakfast that’s offered right next to the front lounge (standard drink choice, pick 1 bagel OR pastrie, pick 1 cereal OR yoplait yogurt, and 1 fruit choice from banana, orange, apple.) The parking is free but please make sure you know which one to go to because there is two and we parked in the wrong one that I guess is back up for over flow??? And we had to pay to get out because scanner wouldn’t work (they said to show receipts upon check out and they will credit me) both garages are located right across the street (each on different sides), parking is a bit inconvenient but nothing that can’t be done with a short walk especially for free, wasn’t happy about the parking garage elevator being down but we got thru it.
