OLD TOWN LOCATION...
A beautifully furnished and comfortable home, located just 5 short blocks to Duval Street. Have bikes delivered and you will rarely need your vehicle to get around the Island if at all!

FURNISHINGS...
Updated furnishings throughout this charming 2 bedroom home. The living room features vaulted ceilings and has several French doors which open to the deck and pool. The kitchen is located off the living room and is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. There are ceiling fans and flat screen TVs located in each bedroom as well as closets to store all your belongings.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The master bedroom is located on the second floor and is outfitted with a comfortable king size bed and full tiled bathroom en suite. The guest bedroom in on the first floor and has two twin beds which can be conveniently converted to a king to meet your needs. There is also a full bath located next to the guest bedroom. There is also a queen size sofa bed located in the living room for additional guest sleeping.

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Open the rear French doors and step out to a private small heated pool where you can cool off. The deck is equipped with two loungers and a small table for two.

PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

Fishing birthday trip

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very quaint, well decorated and comfortable. Close to restaurants on both sides of thee island. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay in key west! Very walkable for us (family w 2 toddlers) and so much to do/see close to downtown. Quiet and peaceful off the Main Street, besides the local early bird roosters :) Look forward to returning!

Cute little house. Great bathrooms

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The entire thing as far as the house itself went was A-plus! It was perfect for us. It had it all. The two down sides were the pool which was only a dipping pool was not clean. There was mold around the edges and inside. Yuck. Also, there was no allotted parking and we had to literally walk blocks to park. Not fun.
