From the moment you step inside the property you are treated like royalty. The service is always a 10/10. Especially when it comes to the pool or ocean front service. My waiter Jose Antonio was very friendly and really took his time to remember your name and not treat like a random person each visit. Fransisco the entertainment guy really knows how to keep everyone entertained and he really loves to get and know everyone. I would recommend this resort to my friends and family and I’ll definitely be back here again.

Food at buffet was not good. Pool chairs were dirty and no place to sit by pool. Never seen such a bad design. Service depended on tipping. Non existent service unless you had money in hand. Not impressed by this property. Had hopes this would be enjoyable. Beach was nice however.

If you’re looking for quite resort, elderly people then this is your place. Quite, food is excellent lots of options. Mar house has great Lobster and Tiger shrimp. Kids club ladies Diana, Joy and one more forgot her name were so kind and well trained felt safe to leave my son with them! Only downside we didn’t like the pool: main pool was small pool against a big wall so you basically swim next to a big wall and you see nothing! No kids pool water was cold.

We Arrived a little early No biggie. staff was great at arrival. our bags were held and taken to our room which made check in smoother. During check in we got assigned our rooms and explained everything. our room came with a butler. Omar aka Primo. Boy was this man a blessing. He attended to All our needs during our stay. went above and beyond. our Room was amazing big big plus is they cleaned everyday and restocked everything. Food options are very good. they even have a late night snack spot open with finger foods. The beach was amaaaaaazing so clean and peaceful. will be returning.

Loved Majestic Elegance. Would go back in a heart beat. good drink selection (aperol, tito's, jw black label, malibu, disaronno, etc). very good food at every restaurant (favorites were Mar (seafood) and the hibachi. Nice buzz of activity around the hotel in the evenings too. Not a spring break crowd, but not a blue hair crowd either. had a great time.

We really enjoyed the entertainment at the property. The Michael Jackson showand rhe fireworks were great. All the resort staff are super friendly. The steak house was delicious and our host Erick was the best !
