The town of gora is central to mountain tourism. The hotel had public and private hot baths for free usage. We also had one in out suite as we were in the condos. Every thing you need was provided and there was a coin laudrey for guests. Breakfast and dinner is included and the choices are huge. Beer ans wine free at dinner. They also put out snacks and sweets in late afternoon and after dinner.

Our room was very spacious and clean. We had our own hot spring bathtub in the room so we didn't have to walk outside in the rain to another building to use one. Specialty coffee maker in lobby was nice too

Very good breakfast, the lounge area is nicely decorated and provides free drinks and snacks which makes it a comfortable place to stay out of the heavy rain. We also enjoyed the private hot springs room. Overall the hotel exceeds our expectations.

Originally was looking at staying in Hakone-Yumoto so pleased we chose Gora and this hotel. Location is first class for all the transportation, station five minutes walk and do visit the amazing Sculpture Park in the town. Rooms were huge, beds comfortable and breakfast plentiful. Loved the private Onsen and complimentary snacks and drinks offered.

Loved the entire facility - was fantastic for a family (2 adults, 2 kids under 6 + grandparents). We booked two rooms and they were super spacious, lots of room to lounge about and also for the kids to jump and get their energy out. On-site facilities were fantastic - private onsen bath in our bathroom was amazing to relax in, plus the "public" onsen was also super relaxing. There was a play area for kids which they really enjoyed, and the kids loved the free snacks, icy poles and hot chocolate/soft drinks. Breakfast was buffet and delicious. Was very easy to get to - just 5 mins walk from Gora station, and super easy to catch cable car up mountain or train to do the Hakone Loop. Also walking distance to the Hakone Open Air museum. Overall very very family friendly, and we spent a couple of afternoons just enjoying the very relaxing atmosphere.
