The matress was fantastic. Firm enough for me not to melt into the bed but soft enough not to press and hurt my joints. Perfect 👍 The privacy curtains good The personnal locker next to the socket very good Laundry service fees work depending on the weight of the clothes you want to wash I think. Not too far from the airport, about 30min with the bus 90, bus stop really close.

I didn't have any breakfasts at the hostel, I ate nearby. The location is perfectly great, it's so easy to get around. The staff is totaly nice and friendly. They checked me in at 4 am but told me to pay for 1 extra day which is okay because the price of 1 night is inexpensive.

Very comfortable accommodation, friendly staff and manager, always ready to help and advise (money exchange, sim card, laundry, transfer, coffee, change of bed linen). Very clean, inside everyone has a change of shoes (slippers), a lot of free space, everything is furnished as at home and gives the impression that you are not a hotel, but visiting relatives:) the bed is equipped with a socket, lamp and lockers, lockable on the key (no need to buy a lock). The rooms are bright, there is a balcony, huge windows, air conditioning. Two steps away is a huge lake, coffee shops (where you can also work). Loved it, will definitely come back again when I'm in Hanoi!

The house is a legit traditional Northern Vietnamese one if you're looking for a local vibe. Everything you need for a short stay is provided by the accommodating host. Also, I like that fact that the shower has several hooks to hang your stuff :)

Hosts, definitely. The best part about the stay was meeting the hosts. He was so kind and helpful. He showed me around the place nicely. I could check-in earlier with 100k extra fee as I arrived early. He also invited me for a new year's dinner for long-time guests and I left my bag for two days when I visited Nihn Binh. It was a great! They were quite accommodating and friendly.

They have a cute dog named " Cam" ( mean orange) is so cute and friendly. When I booked this hostel, the owner tried to contact to me and had pickup airport service with fix price. The location is near West lake with beautiful view so can walk along the lake and easy to find local food and coffee house nearby. Friendly roommates, owner and the hostel has everything I need while staying. Also can cook there if u don't like local foods.

It’s accessible to my favorite places in Tay Ho, esp the archery club. It’s affordable homestay. Rooms are spacious. The manager is very friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely stay again.
