North Hobart, New-build 2020, fully self contained granny flat, in a private back yard, with access ramps and no stairs (completed April 2020). One double bedroom with almost level access (slight gradient) suitable for access. NON SMOKING on entire property. Easy 10 mins Walk to the North Hobart restaurant strip and "The State" movie cinema. Quiet, private, your own access, own sun deck. Very Close to public transport across stress (Metro Bus Services), fully self-contained unit. Wi-Fi, good range for phone coverage, smart TV, coffee machine, full kitchen, dishwasher and clothes washing and drying facilities. Suits non-smoking single or couple. Taxi cost to Salamanca or 40 min walk downhill. 35 mins from Airport via Taxi. Close to town, city and Ferrys to Mona. Everything you could need for a stay away from home and be comfortable. Linen and Towels are included, and full laundry and kitchen for your private use. One small pull-out bed is available in lounge area however will reduce the living area significantly. Linen Provided if required for second pull-out ottoman.
Either travelling for work or pleasure it is lovely to visit air bnb’s with homely touches. You can appreciate the pleasant surrounds and extras that make the accommodation special. Thank you for choosing this comfy apartment, we will respect your privacy and space. Available for assistance upon request, owner lives and works from Front Main house.
Quiet neighborhood, near football oval and very close to Elizabeth Street Restaurant, cafe and bars. Easy walking on the level with a few gradients but no steps. Movie theatre around the corner and Metro buses right outside.
