We are very satisfied with our stay at Tahrir plaza suites. We had a very warm welcome from all the staff. Marcelino helped us organize our activities and was very helpful. I praise the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also, the location of the establishment is optimal for visiting Cairo.

The facility is located in a very central location. walking distance to egyptian museum and sadat metro station and only 5 minutes. The entrance of the building was a little old and scary, but the floor where the rooms were located was in good condition. The cleanliness of the rooms was okay but not very good, considering Egyptian standards. Staff attention was good. Be careful that they charge extra commission for payment by credit card and do not accept your cash even if it is slightly deformed.

The staff was exceptional--friendly, helpful, caring. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, enjoyable and easy. They arranged for wonderful tours at very reasonable prices and for a very reasonable transfer to the airport. Marcellino is a gem whose outstanding customer service deserves exceptional recognition. Among other things, when I left my wallet in a cab just before leaving for Aswan, he paid the cab driver to return it, and offered to return it to me at the airport. I can't say enough about the way he took care of us and made us feel at home at the Tahrir Plaza. The rooms were beautifully decorated in a classic historical style, clean, spacious and comfortable. I particularly loved the balconies overlooking the Plaza. The bathrooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water, and breakfasts were very good, filling, and cheap with fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs, yogurt and delicious Egyptian bread.

The location is very central and most tourist attractions are easily accessible from the hotel. The price is very reasonable as well. Excellent hotel with the best location, as it is very central and you have everything nearby. We had the Bastet room with a view of the museum, and it was spotless. You can find a kettle with some tea and sugar if you fancy some. Additionally, you have a fridge and air conditioning. The bathroom was big, and the water had good pressure. The internet also works well, and the staff were kind and friendly, especially the receptionist. When we were going to the airport, we forgot our papyrus, and she messaged me right on time so we could go back to get it. Thank you so much!!!
