All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) have to be communicated to the accommodations with a notice of at least 72 hours prior to arrival date. All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) requests are subject to confirmation by the property before the booking is made (use the contact the property functionality).

For check-in between 19 o'clock and 20 o'clock there is an additional fee of 15€

For check-in between 20 o'clock and 21 o'clock there is an additional fee of 30€

Check-in after 21 o'clock are not possible.

All late check-in have to be approved by the accommodations.

The late check-in fee has to be paid in advance by using a payment link or a QR code provided by the accommodations.

Our property can not provide any service during the stay due to current laws in force.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

A damage deposit of € 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
