It had been a very enjoyable stay in Sugar Bay Resort. Special thanks to Latina at the concierge who has been super helpful. All the staff in the resort are very friendly, including those in the concierge, restaurants, room services and on the beach. We told the concierge that the bathroom fan is not working, by the time we came back from the beach few hours later, it was fixed, super!! All restaurants are good, quite a lot of choices and foods are delicious. The resort is right on the beautiful beach. The sand is white and soft.

On the beach, smaller hotel enabled more bespoke service. Great staff and great facilities for our stay. Lots of choice food wise to cater for all tastes. Hotel. Beach was beautiful….the men who worked on the beach were so helpful. All hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay magical

The two restaurants are very good - highly recommended. Buffet food in the evening is ok but not great. Like most buffet experiences , keeping food at the right temperatures is a challenge. There is a good variety though. The beach , loungers and swimming are the best part of this resort - location is fantastic. The beach bar is also great. Attitude of the staff can be a bit variable but that was true of everywhere we went on the island.

What a fantastic small boutique hotel. The staff really couldn't do more to make the stay perfect. Everyone just seemed so happy. The daily menus in the buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing.

Everything was super great. The whole staff was so welcoming and pleasant. Shout out to Damien and Nathan, the 2 best bartenders in Barbados! And great food selection and very delicious at the Reef. Thank you to Andrea for cooking wonderful eggs every morning. The sunset on the beach every night was amazing. It was our first time in Barbados, and we will definitely be back there, and we will definitely stay at Sugar Bay again!

The hotel operates as a boutique and as such each person takes individual pride in doing the best they can. The food was delicious (especially the sushi at Umi..!) rooms were comfortable with my favourite White Company products in the bathroom, beach was beautiful with plenty to chairs and umbrellas for everyone (no scrambling at 7am!) and the bar was always plentiful (try the pineapple juice, out of this world!) We would definitely return, you truly get over and above here. The New Year’s party was a particular highlight and the spectacular fireworks on the beach just made the trip for us. Call-outs to Sharon for all her help with excursions, Nikita for kindly extending our room and Kimberly for being a friendly face as well as everyone on the water sports, everyone was so friendly and helpful. For the price you pay, this is remarkably good value 10/10

Great location. Lovely beach right in front. We walked along the boardwalk every morning. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was varied and tasted good for an all inclusive. The beach is quiet and just what we were looking for. We will definitely be back.
