An easy drive north west of Cairns International Airport, our modern tropical home is nestled in rainforest with beautiful views from every window. Tourist attractions including the Great Barrier Reef and Skyrail (a unique gondola ride through world heritage rainforest) are close by.
My husband Max and I are retired world travellers and have experienced some wonderful places in Europe, United Kingdom, Morocco, United States and Canada. During our trips we have had some amazing Airbnb experiences and met some lovely people during that process. We loved the Airbnb experience so much that we decided it would be great to share our tropical home with overseas and Australian visitors and tourists. We have lived in Tropical North Queensland for over twenty years and will enjoy sharing all that this beautiful area has to offer with you. I will be only too happy to welcome you and show you the house plus share with you plenty of things to do and see during your stay. I will be staying in the upper level of the house and will be only too happy to assist in any way possible.
We are located close to Kuranda Village (a 20 minute walk) and an easy drive to Cairns, and the Atherton Tablelands. It would be best to have a vehicle during your stay but there is a bus service that travels past the property that can take you to Cairns or Kuranda. We would be happy to assist with pick up and can also make recommendations to assist you during your stay.
