The location is outstanding, 3 min walk from one of the main shopping streets (Laugavegur) and our room even had a view towards the famous Hallgrimskirkja Cathedral. Good size room, breakfast was ok, great price quality relation.

Great stay. Excellent location, great breakfast, and very clean and comfortable room. Visited the public hot pool, which is reasonably price or part of the 24 hour city pass, just a couple of streets away.

Excellent location, great breakfast, very quiet and warm environment. The bathroom is shared with other 3 rooms on the same floor but it was always available when I needed it. Bed super comfy and nespresso machine in the room. Great view on the cathedral.

Good value by Iceland standards. Very helpful communications by email and text (they allowed me to check-in very early). Convenient location for group tour pickup from bus stop 11 and for BSI terminal for airport transfer. Shared bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the fresh-baked bread at breakfast was delicious.

The host was super kind and allowed me to merge two bookings, as well as move one of my bookings to the actual date I was supposed to arrive (completely my fault, booking a hotel at 4.30am in the morning resulted me booking in the wrong month). I really liked the breakfast spread and how near it was to Hallgrimskirkja and downtown. It was a cosy little attic room and I felt very peaceful (I'm also 5'5" so it was very comfortable for me). I especially LOVE the hairdryer had a diffuser extension.

Great location, walking distance from the city center . Check in was very convenient, Pin code for the main entrance and key waiting in the door. We had a room with private bathroom - the room was big enough for us (2 adults and 1 teen) , nicely decorated, very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Bathrobes were provided, which was a very nice touch and made the experience so much more special. Very cozy beds. There is a fridge in the room and a coffee machine and plenty of coffee pods offered which, again, I found it very nice. Most of the accommodations offer 1 coffee pod a day, if you are lucky to even get that. Also, extra coffee available in the shared kitchen, if you really need it. Nice breakfast offered every morning. Parking is on the street, around the house, we did not have a problem finding a spot, even if it was a bit further down the street. Overall, we were very pleasantly surprised.

Location was a perfect base for us to visit Reykjavík and beyond, the size of the room and its facilities was ideal for a couple, the WiFi was good and the breakfast was great each day (the lady providing the breakfast was very welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble) We would definitely return here for a short stay.
