Serenity By The Sea is an architectural wonder located in on a cliff in the Rainforest on Galiano Island. The large windows make it feel as if you are in a tree house, immersed in nature, letting in the light, each with beautiful water views. This home was built with solid Cedar beams that warm the inner space, giving a cozy cabin feel, with creative designs and carvings throughout. It is truly a one of a kind experience, our guests are blown away by the beauty of both the surrounding natural environment and the suites. There is truly no other place like it anywhere. Perched on the waterfront the views are stunning and the forests and land are lush and rich inviting Forest bathing as beautiful meditation. We have a family of 8 otters, eagles, minks, seals and orca whales that pass through at different times of the year. This home was built with so much love, you can feel it in every detail. If you appreciate the rawness of the rain forest and enjoy deep silence, you will love it here. We also offer Life Coaching and a variety of healing practices that can add another layer of relaxation and restoration during your stay. *Please be advised that the terrain is natural and rocky, there are no paved pathways, if you have any mobility issues it may be challenging for you here.

I lived in Europe for 10+ years where I did a practicum in Hotel and Restaurant Management, I also owned and operated my own restaurant in Berlin Germany where we were rated in the Top 10 of all Berlin. My Healing Studio is located on the property where I offer a large variety of wellness and healing practices to make your stay even more restoring and relaxing. I love nature, going for walks and spending time with my family. My husband Juan Carlos is originally from Peru where he was an airplane mechanic. He is the owner and operator of another business in Vancouver, Below Zero Refrigeration, tending to Scientific Laboratory Equipment. He is an extraordinary chef, amazing father and loves nature too. He also offers mens Life Coaching as well. He loves nature as well, swimming and exploring.

We are located in the Heart of Galiano Island. Serenity by The Sea is perched on a cliff along the Trincomali Channel. There are many Art and Pottery Galleries, trails and nature sites to visit and explore. We are 12 km away from the 'downtown' hub.
