For check-in between 19 o'clock and 20 o'clock there is an additional fee of 15€

For check-in between 20 o'clock and 21 o'clock there is an additional fee of 30€

Check-in after 21 o'clock are not possible even by paying a supplement.

All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) have to be communicated to the accommodations with a notice of at least 72 hours prior to arrival date.

All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) requests are subject to confirmation by the property before the booking is made (use the contact the property functionality).

The late check-in fee has to be paid in advance by using a payment link or a QR code provided by the accommodations. In compliance with the provisions of Ministry for the Ecological Transition, the heating works only from 22nd of October to the 7th of April, no more than 13 hours per day, the weighted average air temperature shall not exceed 19 degrees Celsius.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform San Polo Star of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
