The whole place was nice and had ample areas for sunbathing, lounging and swimming. They have an adult only area which is a bonus if you want some time away from children. Bus stop to explore was directly outside the hotel on the main road. Five minute walk from the hotel lobby. The hotel has a coffee shop which was one of our favourite places to visit.

The staff were fantastic and very attentive. The room and bathroom were both spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor areas were kept very tidy.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in this hotel (we are not the all-inclusive type of people and this was our first). The facility is excellent and offers everything you need. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated with fantastic view to the sea (we were offered a room upgrade upon check-in to a seafront room at a good price). The beach is beautiful, with plenty of comfortable sun-chairs, as well as the pool area with a pool bar. We properly relaxed with our kid during our stay. Re food, we came with the right expectations, you won’t eat the best meal of your life in an all-inclusive resort. However, the food was fine, we liked the breakfast buffet, the lunch at the pool bar, the Mexican and the steak restaurants the most. Staff were very helpful and the service was mostly great.

It was a great experience and especially the staff, but wow I loved seeing a lifeguard girl called Alejandra always on the lookout for guests with a more personal friendly treatment so they should hire it's a shame that she is already leaving the hotel to me I would love to see her on my next visit always with that joy and love for her work
