Property info

This brand new, ultra-chic, four-story building located in the heart of Montreal’s trendiest neighbourhood offers guests an incredibly unique and comfortable place to stay. Each unit is fully equipped with an open concept kitchen / living room, beautiful bathrooms, 4K Smart TV's, Air Conditioning, Free Wifi, Cable TV & Netflix. Certain suites are also equipped with a private deck complete with BBQ & Patio Furniture (Seasonal) and your very own Private Hot Tub (All Year)! The building, originally built in 1929, was recently transformed into newly built, high-end condominiums designed specifically to provide guests with everything they need for a perfect stay. Our magnificent welcome lobby pays homage to the building’s rich history, contrasting with the modern design within the units themselves.

Neighborhood info

Mile End is a hip, laid-back area with an artsy vibe and multicultural roots. Old-school bagel shops (World famous St-Viateur Bagels on our corner), Greek eateries, Vegan restaurants, and Italian cafes mix with stylish restaurants and buzzing brunch spots. Indie shops selling records, books and vintage clothes are found throughout the area, especially on Rue Bernard (2 minutes walk). Coffee shops draw daytime crowds, while cocktail bars, music venues and brewpubs make up the lively nightlife. Buses and taxis are available in front of the building. The city offers bicycles for rent located on the corner (Bixi bikes), which are perfect for exploring the entire city. Simply return the bicycle to another station within 30 minutes and you’re all set! You can pay for a single Bixi ride or a 24 hour pass.
