love this place. my first time. the villas are super clean. very spacious. the drinks at the pool bar so so. but overall was great. in a beautiful area in palm springs.

The receptionist was very rude, her name is Vanessa Alí. There was a line to check in, there were three ladies in the front desk. The other two were busy but Vanessa was free, so I asked her if she could help me to what she very very rude replied “don’t you see I am busy plus the rooms are not available” I never expected that reaction specially coming from a person that is supposed to help the guest and give them the welcoming with good manners. She was very rude to me and I will never go back to the place anymore. It’s sad that they hire that kind of disrespectful people. I am very disappointed, specially because the price should match the service.
