The property was well maintained and very close to the entrance to Petra! The rooms were nice and clean and had great amenities. There is a nice gift shop and restaurant and amazing rooftop with pool!

The location is absolutely perfect and everything is basically included in this booking. Shuttle is available to bring you to Petra and back. Breakfast was decent each morning. The hotel has a pool which I did not get to use since it was a bit too cold. The staff was absolutely amazing. The gentleman that checked me in was super professional and kind and the lady that checked me out and helped me throughout the day was also very professional and kind. They even set up a driver to pick me up in Amman.

We booked our stay last minute after visting Petra that evening. The staff were extremely friendly including the manager on duty Ashley. Not only did she make sure we had the best possible room with the mountain view that was stunning at sunset the room itself was fantastic, the best room for the value we had during our whole stay in Jordan. When arriving we were offered welcome drinks and when we left Ashley gifted us with a present and some lunch for us to take with us.

This was a small hotel but extremely well run and appointed with free parking outside. The staff were excellent and really couldn’t do enough for you. Our family room was huge with 4 beds in it and a decent sized bathroom. Beds were comfy and everything was clean and tidy. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel but breakfast was great with a vast selection from the buffet plus egg station. The hotel is about 5 min drive to the Petra parking and main restaurants but there are several other restaurants in walking distance if you don’t want to eat at the hotel or drive.

Comfortable, clean room with balcony, friendly staff, rich breakfast. The Hotel is located in the center of Wadi Musa, but I could have a free transfer to Petra. So everything was perfect

In particular, the manager at the time, Ashley, made me feel like I was the only guest in the hotel and ensured everything was perfect. The level of service from the entire hotel staff was “above and beyond.” We were given special thank you gifts both after breakfast and when completing our checkout (these are really nice gestures to show they appreciate their guests). The rooms were attractive and bathrooms spacious. We utilized their laundry service, and while not inexpensive, the turnaround time was very quick and the quality of washing/folding was perfect. And after a long day in Petra, this is the perfect place to get a much needed massage or use any of their 4th floor facilities.
