Tour description

Start your Prague visit with this tour! Meet us at the Powder Gate at 10 am or 3 pm. Look for a guide with the red umbrella with white 100 logo on it! See the most important parts of Prague's historic center: Old Town, Jewish Quarter and Charles Bridge. Learn how to read the Astronomical Clock, the significance behind Czechs' historical tradition of throwing people out of windows, and the must-see and must-avoid activities in Prague.

You will also cross Charles Bridge because no visit in Prague is complete without crossing Charles Bridge!

After this tour you will be ready for your Prague visit! You will know how to speak Czech (basic Czech 😅), what food is actually local in Prague but most importantly you will know the amazing history of the city we grew up in and that we hold dear in our hearts.

And if you're not ready to say goodbye just yet, don't worry! We offer three other free tours in Prague that you can join. Just check out our profile to find out more. So what are you waiting for? Let's explore Prague together!

⚠️Bookings for groups larger than 6 adults are not accepted ⚠️

‼️Important‼️

  1. Our groups are limited to 30 people, which is one of the lowest maximum capacities in the city (other companies typically accommodate up to 40 people). If this number is too high for your preference, we recommend hiring a private guide.
  2. We are unable to arrange alternate meeting points or assist latecomers in locating the guide, even if they message us via chat. Guides cannot send messages while they are waiting for customers or conducting tours.
  3. Please note that this activity is not recommended for people with mobility challenges.
  4. We DO NOT go inside the synagogues and the Old Jewish Cemetery because it requires purchasing a ticket. We see the sights of the Jewish Quarter from the outside! If you’d like to visit the Jewish Museum after our tour, please sign up for the 10 am tour so you have a full afternoon to explore. Bear in mind that the Jewish Museum is CLOSED for Shabbat on Saturday.

Our guide Jacob was amazing , the weather was cold and quite wet but it didn’t matter as he was so good at his job . Very nice knowledgeable man who obviously loves Prague and his passion for the history and his country was evident . He answered our questions and made it fun ,a few hours flew by very quickly. He even wished me happy birthday when explaining the astronomical clock . We will definitely return and take another one of his tours . Couldn’t find fault at all . Loved it !

I had such an amazing time on this tour. James provided us with some amazing information about the history and culture of Prague. Loved how he incorporated humour in his presentation. Also got to learn a few Czech words thanks to James. Would 10/10 recommend this tour company and James to everyone visiting Prague.

We as a group of 5 enjoyed being in this tour. The Guru had knowledge about not just the places we visited but also he made it tailored to the audience from different countries by giving wonder examples. In a nutshell it was a wonderful experience. But be ready to walk for three hours definitely with stops and a break in between.
