EVERYTHING!! The location is perfect! Entire staff is hospitable, attentive and so accommodating! The room was comfortable and sparkling clean! Just the right amenities. The hotel is quite small and sits within beautiful greenery in a traditional colonial style, it’s not intrusive like some other hotels. The outside of the property is beautiful with plenty of gorgeous sun loungers, there are 2 pools. Our room overlooked the pool and was wonderful . There was a golf cart for travelling to beach which had lovely sunloungers and umbrellas and grace beach is spectacular. Food and drink can be ordered and it’s delivered to your sunlounger. The restaurant is lovely and the staff and friendly and welcoming. They have happy hour from 16:30 where local rum punch and beer are offered . We found the cocovan lovely just a short walk from the back of the hotel located by cocobistro.. We will definitely be returning . Having a fridge and a microwave in the room was great and we stocked up at the supermarket ..

This property is located in one of the nicest areas of the Graceway strip. The property itself features a very nice design, all the buildings are surrounded by greenery and it has a magical quality to it. We stayed in a simple room which was super clean and designed very nicely. The balcony had a nice setee and it was enveloped in palm trees which provided privacy. Although the property is not on the beach, they have their own area on the beach with superb services (lounges, umbrella, towels, pillows, an electric shuttle service that is at the guests' disposal 7am to 7 pm. You can also walk to the beach. The property features a restaurant, which has decent prices compared with surrounding restaurants, excellent food and even better atmosphere and services. Did I mention design? The restaurant itself features some interesting design concepts. Honestly, when we compared the price we paid compared to surrounding mega resorts, this is phenomenal value for the money.

We had a great time at the Oasis. All the team is super nice, friendly and helpful. The food is good at anytime of the day : breakfast, lunch and dinner ! We were very pleasantly surprised about that as we were not expecting anything special. We even left with our salads to takeaway to have a nice lunch at the airport when we left. Very good move considering the food offer there. The beach is just 4mn walking or they have the golf cart shuttle to take you there. They bring your food on the beach if you want. Again, super nice and convenient. The pool area is beautiful. The rooms are classic and well decorated.

I think the location was nice, had to walk through a weird alley to get to the beach which would help if it had lights or a paved way but still very helpful . Everyone was friendly and staff were so willing to help with a smile on their face . The water in the lobby should be also presented to the hotel guests too!

The staff were amazing and so helpful - nothing was too much effort. The hotel complex was beautiful and peaceful. A short 5 minute walk or a golf buggy ride down to the beach, so many beautiful restaurants within walking distance and the main ‘town’ was less than 10 minute walk away too.

I would recommend this hotel for its the personal attention, location, excellent staff, cleanliness, quiet and not an abundance of people you are running into. I was impressed with the staff sanitizing are luggage and backpacks when we arrived. They provided a cold lemongrass towel to relax you from traveling. Not the large resort and that was excellent since we are still dealing with covid-19 and the monkey pox. I will be back :)

Overall the place was great, we loved the decor and the landscaping. The location was close enough to walk to several restaurants and there was a hotel bar on the beach with a sister hotel that we used daily while on the beach. We had a great time relaxing, snorkeling, enjoying the most beautiful beaches in the world!
