The apartment is very nice. Very good position. The beach is super close & shops and restaurants. The host was super flexible with the check in and check out. The pools are nice too and the water slide for kids is great.

The apartments are located 50 meters from the sandy beaches in a lively area with shops and restaurants. The apartments can accommodate 4 people, but are comfortable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The 3-star apartments, renovated and fully equipped, have: - living room with TV, free NETFLIX and a 140 cm or 160 cm convertible sofa with high-quality, high-resilience mattress - open kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave - dining room for 4 people - bathroom with bath, toilet, hairdryer and towel dryer - small room with 2 single beds and television with Netflix and Youtube - terrace with sea and city view, with table and 4 chairs - collective air conditioning running in the summer - Free high speed wifi, phone - free closed parking - secure residence with security agents, cameras and elevators - sheets and towels provided - Iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes hangers - washing machine.

We are committed to welcoming you to a clean, neat and beautifully decorated apartment. The towels will be at your disposal and the bed of the room made upon your arrival. Charcoal barbecues are allowed on the beaches in front of the residence from April 1st to October 31st after 7pm. Bowling, billiards, tennis and golf within 10 minutes drive. Jet ski, water skiing and all water sports within 10 minutes drive. Access to the Palais des Festivals can be done on foot in 30 minutes, or by bus in 10 minutes, stop in front of the residence. The Croisette and the center of Cannes are 3km away and accessible by bus, day and night with PalmNight.
