We finished 6 weeks in Colombia by staying 3 nights here, and we loved it. Location is next to a vibrant neighborhood and close to the Walled City. Staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Hot water felt like a treat, as did a rooftop jacuzzi (cool water which is most welcome in hot cartagena!) with an amazing view. Truly, the staff was amazingly welcoming and kind -- and helpful in booking taxis or tours, or helping us find the park with the sloths in it, or really, whatever we needed. We would 100% stay here again, and can't recommend them highly enough.
