Bed was sooo comfy, room was spacious and quiet, shower was excellent. Location perfect for exploring Pisa. It was nice to be able to leave bags after checkout. Staff very kind and breakfast was good.

Lovely remodeled rooms in an historic building. No one on reception on our arrival, but Sara was in communication, and was so sweet and helpful when we met the next morning at breakfast. She gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Pisa. Small issue with our room and they immediately offered to move us to a different room - an even nicer room with a frescoes ceiling. Wonderful stay!

Great communication and location. Walkable to the train station and the Leaning Tower. Lots of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable - the bed was better than most hotels we’ve been to in Europe. Breakfast was terrific and the woman who greeted us in the morning was very pleasant and helpful. It took us a minute to find the street (really like an alley) and we got nervous, but it worked out. The taxi from the airport had to drop us some distance from the apartment and there are stairs, so I wouldn’t recommend this for someone with mobility issues, but for us, it was perfect.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The room was in excellent condition with everything being in "like new" condition. Staying in an old center of a city like Pisa always comes with the danger that street noise would be too much, but the apartment has new windows that provide excellent sound isolation, which was a pleasant surprise. The host was very friendly, with helpful tips and the breakfast was very good with lots of choices, both sweet and salty. After checking out we were allowed to keep our luggage in the B&B, so we could enjoy our last day in Pisa without having to carry them around.

I don’t think you could find a better place in Pisa to stay in terms of staff, location, cleanliness, comfort, location & price. Sara is the most fabulous host, very friendly, helpful and has loads of energy. We arrived at midday prior to our room being ready, Sara was very quick to fetch us coffee & cakes. Sara recommended a great “locals” restaurant, she didn’t hesitate in making the reservation for us. The restaurant was spot on, exactly what we wanted, proper authentic Italian food (not touristy) it was inexpensive too which was a bonus!! We stayed in the large double room at La Perla Del Borgo, it was beautifully decorated in ornate Italian style. The breakfast was great too, lots of choice. Would highly recommend this property.

The room was everything you’d wish for. It was beautifully furnished and the bathroom has all little amenities that you need. I would come back just for the water pressure in the shower! Apparently the B&B opened not so long ago, so despite being located in historical building interior is new and really clean. Lovely breakfast. Also staff is so friendly and kind! They let you leave your luggage if you arrive early. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

We had booked 3 of the 4 rooms and they were all large and clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. Our host, Sara, was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely, we even got a full breakfast prepared in our rooms for the last day as we had to leave very early in the morning.

The unit looks really nice, cosy, clean and newly refurbished. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, especially Miriana. The B&B is located on the main street, with many restaurants and shops around. Train station is close, max 10 mins walking distance. For sure will choose again to stay here.
