I was Very disappointed with Booking.COM who communicated to me that the hotel had confirmed our request for an 11am arrival. The hotel had no record of this request and no coverage when we arrived. Thankfully the staff took the initiative to provide us a room and services in advance and our stay was magical. This was the 3rd time we had bad service from Booking.Com.
