They scam people, they 50 down payment and it was not returned when we are checking out. They say it will take 3 weeks before it will be returned. I think it’s a scam, because people will get tired of following the 50 dollars they took in our credit card,

Ever since a problem was encountered on Apollo 13, Houston has been an international household name. The 4th largest US city, it is home to NASA’s Johnson Space Center where Mission Control is located. Of course, this is not its only claim to fame. This is Texas after all, where everything is big.
Houston’s Reliant Astrodome was the world’s first indoor sports stadium under a domed roof, and the Galleria is the largest mall in Texas. The city’s Livestock Show and Rodeo is the largest in the world, and the JP Morgan Chase Tower is the planet’s tallest 5-sided building. The list goes on.
Amid the skyscrapers of the thriving CBD is the Toyota Center, home of the city’s NBA and AHL teams. The theatre district is also in the downtown area, whereas the museum district is concentrated to the north-east of Hermann Park, home of a boating lake, nature reserve and miniature railway. Also here is Houston Zoo, and just west is Rice University, one of several in the city.
The bohemian Rice Village is popular with students, as are the city’s historic pubs and leafy parks. Houston also has no shortage of restaurants or accommodation options. Those on Booking.com include motels, apartments and hotels near George Bush Airport.
Checked in in the early morning hours of 3/13/2024.
Checked in in the early morning hours of 3/13/2024. Booked through a 3rd party site and this was on my reservation. Even requested a crib for a small child. Initially the gentleman assisting stated that I would have to pay for an extra night due to the time I was checking in and advised that I could resolve the issue later with an owner of the hotel. He then advised that he would charge me the amount on my reservation. Unbeknownst to him, I had just had issues with the rental car company, had just flown in to Houston traveling with a 1 1/2 year old and was in what i consider home for a funeral of a sibling so it was already a challenged day. I was so appreciative that this did not become an issue as well. The clerk assisting was absolutely wonderful.

I was relieved to see Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialty.
I was relieved to see Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialty. They offer a multitude of services for pets. The doctors and staff were sincerely concerned about my dog. They had a care plan in place as soon as he was triaged. I drove my 5 yr. old, Teuf almost 5 hours for assessment and treatment. They restored my confidence and hope for my boy's recovery. The up-front cost was daunting, $12,000. I wasn't prepared for that.

Research an area before heading to a restaurant, even if the restaurant is in an article touting how great it is. It's very spread out, if you want a good look at Houston you'll need a car or a long time in a bus.
Excellent thrift shopping in Houston.

Weather was great.
Weather was great. Hotel was great in a greatl location not too far from the galleria. For this trip were the restaurants that were my favorite places to visit. The quiet of the room was great as well.
new hotel extremely clean everything in order beautiful pool area and very well maintained everything comfortable beds, i love the big shower in the Bathroom. Everything you need and also the people in the service and at the reception are super nice a Starbucks is also in the hotel and the location could not be better in a few minutes youre in Downtown you can reach everything really great parking is not a problem in the adjacent parking garage you can park the vehicle for only $10
The best complimentary breakfast I've ever had. There were bacons, sausages, diff types of cooked eggs, English muffins, toasts, diff fruits, cereals, yogurts, juices, sodas, coffee, tea, cooked to order waffles ( do it yourself)... my highlight was the machine that made cook to order pancakes.
Close to the Galleria mall, and the Waterwall Park.
In our room, we had a good view of the freeway... and a different hotel that charges more.
The hotel offers clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious rooms. The mattress is firm but not too hard. The pillows are soft but not too much so. The bathroom offers body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner. The hotel is located at the southern end of downtown Houston, but within an easy walking distance to all of the downtown area. Moreover, getting an Uber/Lyft never required a wait longer than 5 minutes for trips outside of downtown.
I liked the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff! And the location! It was also close to the concert we attended and we were able to just walk there.
Also there's a small bar with food inside the hotel for food and drinks. Free breakfast was delicious and had a big variety of items to choose from. Comfy rooms and beds with a view of downtown Houston. Pool was nice too! Overall a great place to stay.
This hotel was in a a great location to get on and off the highway, but was a bit of a ways from downtown Houston. My room was nice, but the staff was even greater. Every host at the front desk that I encountered was extremely friendly and made my stay that much more pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean which was a good sign. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
It is the perfect location for an overnight layover in Houston! Located right in the airport, it is accessible either via an underground walkway or a mini subway. The staff was very nice and helpful.
From there, it is about a 25 minutes cab ride to downtown Houston where you can go a have dinner and drinks before returning and refresh for the night
Very convenient in terms of downtown especially for music concerts (I went for Kid Cudi at the Toyota Center) and any events happening during the weekend. Most places are within walking distance of hotel with at most being 25-30 minutes excluding the aquarium, zoo, and galleria mall (best to drive or Lyft/Uber to those if not driving)
This hotel was in a great location for eating out and seeing the sites located Downtown. It also had great wifi which made planning each day in Houston really easy. The room was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we loved the self check in/out option.
A basic clean double bed room in a hotel near the Houston International Airport. Room and hotel was Clean and comfortable. No fridge in the room, heating and air con worked well. Pity that there is no restaurant service at the hotel and even the bar was closed when needed to buy a bottle of water.
The quality of the rooms and services, the location and the nice staff that works here is what makes this hotel the deal when looking for a place to stay in Houston. Would definitely recommend it if your looking for a well located, nice place to stay downtown Houston.
The downtown location of the hotel was great. I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the stylish decor and cleanliness of the hotel, the generous size of the hotel room, and the excellent breakfast. I look forward to staying here again.
It´s good option for a night before your next flight, close to the airpot. Room was fine, nothing special, but there is all you need.
You can make your own waffles for breakfast.
We took UBER to downtown for 27 USD to see Houston at night.
It is located next to one of the main freeways in the west of Houston, which was the side of my entrance to the city. So, I could easily access the hotel anytime. I rented a car, so transferring from the hotel to downtown Houston was pretty easy.
Everything the staff was excellent, they went above and beyond for any request we may have had. Location is great and maybe a 15min drive to downtown Houston. Also the hotel is quiet which I loved. You get your money's worth with this hotel.
This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed. extremely courteous and friendly staff. location of the hotel is perfect right by Downtown and minutes away from the galleria. This is my Hotel for the foreseeable future on my trips to Houston.
The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. The location of the hotel ideal for us as a business trip with dealings in Houston Downtown. I wouldn't recommend it if you travel for holidays. Good breakfast and friendly staff.
The hotel is in good location and proximity to downtown Houston. We booked a suite with king bed. The room is new, clean, and pretty spacious. The wifi in the room was pretty good for work.
