My wife and I love how conveniently located the hotel is to a lot of restaurants, stores, malls, etc. We also enjoyed the wide selection of choices for their breakfast buffet.

Excellent location. Next to Tenoji station and near restaurants, bars, shopping malls. Very good buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful and efficient. Rooms were a decent size for a Japanese city centre. Bed was very comfortable.

Great luxurious Hotel, when I was booking the Hotel, I thought this was just a regular hotel, 2 maybe 3 stars, turns out it was a 4 star hotel! Everything in the hotel is luxurious, and the room has amenities for things I have no idea what they are for. I may be a simple man, but the staff still made me feel welcome.

Great location close to train station. Staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Cleaning staff was awesome. Beds were much firmer than expected. Rooms were small but kept clean.

Location is close to everything. Huge shopping mall next to hotel. 3-4 dining choices on the street adjacent to hotel. 7-11 and Lawson's about a minute walk. Taxi dropoff/ pickup a minute walk. Tennoji Station right across the main thoroughfare. 3 minute walk

Great Location right beside Tennoji Train station. Good sized quiet comfortable rooms. Friendly efficient staff who speak English. It is beside two large shopping centres and plenty of convenience stores. The reception is not on ground level but is accessible via the pedestrian bridge from the train station. It is also across the road from the Abeno Haruka 300 viewing platform (ticket office on 16th floor), If you go up late in the afternoon you can see the sun set and the city lights come on.

The location is very good. It was perfect to get the Haruka Express train to the airport in the early morning (15 mins from the room to the platform with the luggages and a small kid) . It's also the perfect location for shopping.

Stayed in a single occupancy room, check-in was quick and easy even with my very limited Japanese. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great, good heat and water pressure. The room came with its own air conditioner where you could set the temperature. It was also good to have a humidifier in the room. I was also traveling without luggage (overnight transport to a different city) so the amenities including hair brush, toothbrush, hair tie as well as the standard amenities was really great. It’s in a good location, next to a mall that had a bunch of shopping and restaurants that were easily accessible and open late. It was also close to Tennoji station which made it easy to move around the city. Wish I could have stayed more than one night!
