The hotel is well located even though it's not by the riverside. The valet service is very pleasant. The style is very charming and the staff does their job perfectly. We enjoyed the decor, and while the overall building isn't new (be aware if you're seeking a modern hotel), the restaurant, bar, and lobby offer a unique atmosphere. Regarding the floors, the elevator is newly renovated and the corridors are somewhat "old" and a bit dark, but frankly, the renovation is beautiful (note: if you don't appreciate the sound of wooden floors, this might not be for you!) There's no coffee in the room and tokens are provided (either delivered or to be picked up downstairs) and the mini bar is well-stocked - with a fridge.

The hotel is stylish and fun. As a fan of architecture, I enjoyed the soaring atrium and many spaces to hang out. Being a renovated department store gives it a cool vibe. The room was huge. I liked the eggplant walls, minibar was delightful and bed excellent. The room was quiet and I slept well. The staff is welcoming and very helpful.

Gorgeous hotel located in the perfect location. Close to local unique businesses, and across from downtown Cincinnati. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar drinks were delicious. Plan to stay here again for future trips to this area, loved everything about it!

Struttura veramente carina e staff super accogliente. Se volete fare un esperienza fuori dai soliti standard delle grandi catene alberghiere questo hotel sicuramente la soddisferà. Camera arredata con gusto e spaziosasa cosi come il.bagno. La posizione è un po' defilata rispetto al centro di Cincinnati che potete raggiuger con una camminata di 15 minuti attraversando il fiume.
