We will have a meeting upon your arrival to help map out your retreat.
Your personal retreat schedule will offer you plenty of time for being alone, and some time for group classes or trips, and, Holistic Healing Retreat includes a total of 4 sessions (2 group Breathwork sessions, 2 body/energy work sessions - will consist of 2 of these: massage, energy healing, Reiki, Watsu)

Most of the cabins have breathtaking views of the ocean and Yelapa Bay; they were built literally just above the ocean. You may enjoy the ocean view right from your bed or from a terrace. Each cabin has 1-2 queen-size beds (organic metal-free mattresses, organic, hypoallergenic, or goose-down pillows) with mosquito nets.

The climate of Mexico varies according to altitude. You can find desert-like regions on the northwest part of the country and the low-lying coastal areas are typically tropical, hot and humid.
The rainy season through most of Mexico falls roughly from May through September or October.
