Alors franchemet au vu de certain commentaire j'avoue que j'étais septique , mais des ma reservation j'ai pu contacté headout via le tchat en ligne et ils etaient disponible, 2 jours avant la visite j'ai reçu un mail pour me rappeler ma visite. le jour J j'ai été au point de RDV, on est monté au bus arrivé aux studio nous avons eu nos billets et la visite a été de 4h sur place largement suffisant pour tout voir et en avoir pleins les yeux. Nous avons passé une journée exceptionnelle. Merci

Tout de A à Z! Très bien organisé vraiment! Super accueil de Tina,le voyage dans le bus top,la remise des billets, le temps sur place ! Ça permet de découvrir les studios sans prise de tête ! Et c'est magique!! Je recommande!

Die Studiotour war sehr schön, es gab viele interaktive Stationen in den Studios, leckeres Essen und zahlreiche insights in die Entstehung der Harry Potter Filme. Die Busfahrt zu und von den Studios war angenehm. Die Zeit in den Studios war etwas zu knapp bemessen. 5 Stunden wären besser gewesen um alle Stationen anzusehen und mitzumachen. Wenn man Zeit haben möchte sich dort hinzusetzen und etwas zu essen, wären 6 Stunden noch besser. In Anbetracht des Preises hätte ich mich gefreut, mehr Zeit vor Ort zu haben.
