The hotel seems very new and the room has a good space and it is comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind. A wash machine is available for guests. Good cost benefit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was also amazing since many of the attractions and Myeongdong (~1,5km) are within walking distance. Also very quiet since we barely heard any noise coming from the neighbors nor even from outside.

Wonderful location. Less than 2-minute walk to the subway entrance. Great variety of late night street food in the neighborhood. Multiple dining and coffee options nearby during daytime as well. Great location for short period sightseeing.

This room was perfect for a quick stay. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was just down the street from the train station and there were many cafes nearby. The staff was very kind and helpful.

I loved that the hotel was really close to the Jongno 3-ga subway station and bus stop, as well as to the airport bus stop. The staff was friendly and helpful, the amenities were good - I loved that I could do my laundry in the basement of the hotel. I also appreciated that they provided me with conditioner and body lotion on top of shower gel and shampoo. The bed was comfortable and I was given two pillows I could choose from - a softer one and a firmer one. The staff cleans the room thoroughly whenever instructed through the door sign. As others have mentioned, Grid Inn feels like a true boutique hotel. Overall, it was a good choice of accommodation.

Location good. Right next to exit 15 of Jongno 3-ga subway station and 6002 Airport bus stop. Ten minute walk to Gwangjang Market 광장시장. Staff speak English and are courteous. This is the third time I have spent at the hotel and probably will stay here again due to the location. Room is comfortable, and clean. Rooftop area good for a Soju drink after dark.

Stayed here for a couple of nights - it was small, but cozy. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. It was located near shops and restaurants. There was a café less than a five minute walk away. The room price was reasonable. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Strategic place to reach metro train station and bus station. Hotel with FOC laundry and dry clean facility. dedicated bus station to Incheong airport which is opposite road from the hotel. Hotel workers speak able to speak English and which was so helpful to give us proper guidance to find the airport bus station.

The service of the employees was great! They always greeted me nicely and helped me to dispose my garbage. Everything in the hotel room was clean and organized. The location of the hotel is conveniently close to a couple of subway stations. Also, I was able to wash my dirty laundry for free at the hotel.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us call a taxi and walked with us to it. Although the room was small it was adequate. The rooftop was really great! Location was very good. We didn't feel unsafe walking through the alley to the hotel, even at night.
