First of I’d like to mention that as they knew in advance that I was going to celebrate my birthday at their hotel, they upgraded our booking to a luxe room as a complimentary gift, and we really appreciate it so much. And overall this is a high-class hotel with an elegant design and super comfortable clean rooms, nice breakfast and of course very friendly and professional staff. Would highly recommend Grand Hotel Gyumri if you want to enjoy your stay in the very heart of the city!
