Staffs have very good attitude and very helpful. Location is at the centre of Old Square, convenient to go to nearby attractions. Facilities are good enough.

Besides the location and the price the staff was extremely helpful. I had a problem with my plane reservations and my phone wouldn’t work. One member of the staff lent me his phone while I sat on hold for fifteen minutes until I could get the problem resolved. They went above and beyond to help me solve this problem.

Mark and Alex were fantastic! Great communication. They tried to help in any way they could with various tours in the area and information about Hanoi. There was a small booking confusion (not of their making) and they dealt with it expertly with no extra cost to us. Breakfast was a combination of small buffet and cook to order from a small menu. All food was tasty and fresh. We witnessed at least 3 different foreign language travelers come through the lobby and at breakfast and all were dealt with surprisingly well. The entry from the street is quite small, don't let that stop you from booking this hotel. Highly recommend staying at Hanoi Golden Sunshine Villa Hotel! Awesome value!

Quietest hotel in Hoàn Kiếm. Walk to lake in 100 meters Good restaurants in area. Close to Cathedral. On night of first stay asked for blankets and we were told there were none left. Next day cleaning team gave us blankets immediately after asking for them Helpful breakfast staff. Staff helpful with my booking

Loved the spacious stylish rooms. Quiet. Incredibly well located amidst fascinating streets, close to Cathedral square and Lake.. really could have spent a week just exploring the immediate streets. And the staff were fantastically helpful and friendly (‘hi Kevin!’)
