The host was really helpful. It is a lot of stairs without a lift, but he carried our luggage up stairs. The location is great because it is neer the train station (about 7-10 minutes by foot) and also it is located at the old city (about 10-15 minutes by foot) to the main "atractions" or monuments if u will :). We felt safe in the naighberhood. There is a kitchen, the livingroom and cute little taras with klimatic view. The street beneath is very loud (not due cars noise, but people aspecialy draging luggages at diffrent times) but our host gave us earpluggs for the goodnight sleep :). It was clean and comfy. Contakt with the hosts was great. I would defenetly booked it again.

It was a very sweet place. The host Filippo and his father were very hospitable and even waited for us until late at night because we were checking in late. They also helped take our luggage upstairs. In terms of location, it was 2 minutes from the train station and within walking distance of the center. We were very pleased :)

We stayed in the yellow room (3 pax) for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! Florence Oasis is in a great location, walking distance from the train station and all main attractions in Florence. Filippo, the host, was extremely kind and helpful and made great recommendations for in and around town. Communication via Whatsapp prior to our arrival was also very convenient. The apartment is situated on the third floor, but there is a lift of sorts which assists with luggage. Both the bathroom and bedroom, as well as communal kitchen were squeaky clean. Would higly recommend this when you visit Florence!

Our stay at this hotel was lovely. From the moment we arrived, the host greeted us with a warm welcome and remained very responsive throughout our stay. He assisted us with our luggage upon arrival and departure, and he also allowed us to store our bags in his office on the day of checkout, which made our last day in the city hassle-free. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, providing ample space and comfort for 4 people. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more pleasant stay :)

The room was exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It did not seem like all the other rooms were filled which is nice because the noise was kept to a minimum. The hosts are very nice and give free water (hard to find in Europe).
