We have booking availability 365 days a year which allows us to avoid the large group, "cookie-cutter" style retreat where guests don't get the individual attention they deserve. Though we follow a similar schedule each day (8 am-12:30 pm) the fitness activities and classes vary and change daily, based on our guests' fitness levels and interests.
