(1)Close to the nearest station, so you will not get lost. 30 second walk from Exit 2 of Awaza Station. (For those using heavy trunks, there is an elevator at Exit 3 and 4. (2)Thorough cost control: Low cost operation (30-50% down from comparable hotels) is realized through self check-in and minimal human services. (3) Supervisors understand the true meaning of your inquiry and respond appropriately by translating it via email or chat. (4) We provide unique interiors and ensure quietness in the rooms through the use of soundproof composite glass. The cleaning and linen service provided by our experienced staff has been highly praised by travel websites. (5)FreeWifi, battery charger, refrigerator, microwave, TV, etc. are also available. We also replenish supplies and change linens regularly during stays of 7 nights or more. (6) The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and seasonings. (7) The bathtub is equipped with an automatic hot water fill function and a hot water supply function. The shower has a safety hot water prevention button to prevent burns. By deactivating it, you can enjoy a hot shower. (8) Toilets are equipped with washlets with a deodorizing function to prevent delicate odors. (9) Due to the hotel's design specifications, guests over 180 cm in height and 90 kg in weight may experience some inconvenience. Beds have a weight limit of up to 200 kg.
