The b&b is beautifully appointed, well located and the amazing helpful hosts Riccardo and Simona will do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We were fortunate to stay a full week in March to experience their amazing breakfasts! We loved the authentic local restaurants, the wine shop (cellar) next door and proximity to the railway station and city centre. Thanks for a great stay - hope to see you again!

We had an amazing experience at this beautifully designed B&B located in the heart of Bologna, just a few minutes' walk from the main train station and walking distance to the historic centre. The host was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. Communication was excellent, with prompt replies throughout our stay. The breakfast was superb, featuring yogurt, fresh fruit, delightful avocado bread, crispy croissants, good coffee and much more. Our room had the most comfortable beds and a fantastic view over Bologna from the balcony. We highly recommend this place and will definitely book again!

We had a great stay in this lovely B and B. The room was cosy and very clean. Highlight was the delicious breakfast (buffet and everyday something extra for example a pie, avocado toast, etc.) made by the very welcoming host. Location was also very convenient near the railway station.

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Location is perfect - 5 minutes from the station, a short walk into the centre. Riccardo and Simone were incredibly friendly and helpful. The fresh breakfast every morning was a highlight. It was a perfect stay and we hope to come back!
