Really nice and clean room. Big with lots of space to put your things. Comfortable big bed.  Pretty nice bathroom with hairdryer. Very nice roof top with hammocks. Good shared kitchen. You can buy coffee for 15 MXN Peso. They supply free water.

We had a spacious room although the bathroom was small & we only had one small window which was too high to look through. Lots of attention to detail not found in other places we've stayed in Mexico. Appreciated the small kitchenette. Loved the rooftop terrace & the tropical garden downstairs. Very clean. Helpful & friendly staff. Very reasonsbly priced for Tulum. Found a great local restaurant nearby on Ave Coba plus a convenient shop across the road although it doesn't sell beer but there is another one about 5 minutes walk which does!

we were greeted very warmly and felt comfortable right away. Everything was arranged with a lot of love and care, both in the outdoor area and the rooms. Especially in the room, everything was thought of, with ample storage options and hooks for hanging things, pleasant lighting options if desired, and very good water pressure. Although our room had only a small window, there was plenty of daylight available on the rooftop terrace whenever needed. The rooftop terrace also offers many seating options, even hammocks, and a very well-equipped communal kitchen. The surrounding area includes restaurants, laundromats, and it's quite easy to walk into the town center. A large supermarket is about a 5-minute drive away. Definitely recommend staying here.

The rooftop was amazing! Super friendly staff, big rooms, great house with many plants/trees (& chill rooftop), good WiFi, central, but quiet location, fully equipped kitchen, nice fellow guests, very secure. We had a room for 4, but only booked for 2 and then my sister spontaneously joined us and they let us stay in the same room for the same money. Super friendly communication in English and Spanish.

Perfect place, the building is beautiful and well maintained! The staff is Nice and welcomed us very nicely. You can enjoy the terrace on the roof and there is a kitchen if you want to cook or simply put something in the fridge. The room was spotless clean and had everything you need. The bed was a Little small but for a few nights its okay ;)
