Good location, comfy beds and the free hot breakfast was a bonus! There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby too.The room walls were thin, you can hear your neighbors talking. Having a laundry area was convenient but unfortunately we put money & soap in a washer and an error message popped up. We went to the front desk and they said it was broken, they didn't have any signage posted on the machine.They did give us a new soap packet to use a different machine.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a one night trip for New Years Eve. It was beyond what we could have expected, especially for the price. Clear water, white sand, and not over crowded! Low water and provided shelter for picnics. Bring your coolers, umbrellas, tents, etc. Within in very short walking distance, restrooms available, boardwalk within walking distance as well.

Gulf Breeze is awesome and we decided to make Pensacola Beach or newest favorite beach. We love the area! And we'll definitely be staying at the Quality Inn and Suites on the bay during our next trip.

If you do not like big summer crowds, then Gulf Breeze may...
If you do not like big summer crowds, then Gulf Breeze may not be the place to visit, but if you are water lover, then you are at the right spot. There are activities and amenities for families, singles, groups, etc.. There is a great obstacle/zip line course right on the main strip. Seafood galore! You can charter boats for fishing or just a nice day out on the water. The scenery is beautiful and there is great history in the forts that surround the cove. A good way to describe it would be a cozier Miami. Locals have also told me that this is a great area for a fall vacation. Surprised to find 2 canisters of coffee and a good amount of spices, Plenty of cookware too. Furnishings were in good condition. The area felt safe and stores for whatever you might need were nearby. It was set up well for families and I'd recommend to anyone. Communication through booking.com was prompt. We usually stay in hotels but tried this instead. Because of the good experience we had staying here I'd do it again.
