The location of the property is fantastic! Situated close to the train station, we found it incredibly convenient upon our arrival in Venice. Additionally, there is a supermarket and numerous cafes nearby, enhancing the overall convenience of the area. Being centrally located in Venice allowed us to explore all the main attractions on foot. The apartment itself comfortably accommodated our family of four for our short stay. The landlord was exceptionally hospitable, offering valuable information about the neighborhood and insightful tourist tips.

It is on the second floor of a historic building without elevator, a 5-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station and Piazzale Roma. A pleasant 15-minute walk will take you to the Rialto Bridge. The property is well placed for Vaporetto water bus links from the main station to sights around Venice including St. Mark's Square.
