The accommodation is situated next the family/owner's residence and is accessible to bars and restaurants and market and some of the most famous attraction in Ubud. Although located near these establishment, the place is relatively peaceful throughout the day and night. The room is spacious, clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and unique, served to us warm and fresh. Our host and his family are the most kind, accommodating, friendliest people we have met not only in Bali but in our whole trip around Southeast Asia. We have encountered a frightening experience whilst staying at Artja Inn and fortunately, the host and his son have help us and made us feel safe and part of the family.

Family that runs the place is kind and attentive to guests' needs. Asked them about Ubud tours that could be availed and they recommended a good car and a driver who's also their relative and lives in the same compound as the inn. Very good location. Though within a very busy area, it was quiet.

Beauty of a spot, big room right in the heart of Ubud art market, everything is so easily accessible with a Mart across the street with everything you need open 24/7. Magnificent host, so welcoming and friendly. Can lock the wardrobe and has a nice desk with a mirror. Saw beautiful birds and heard geckos. Lovely view from the terrace where a yummy breakfast is served. All necessities are catered for.

Perfect surroundings out of the way of the busy road and the art market! But close enough to reach within minutes. The owner is a really lovely man who is hands on in his job, he replaces a hot water flask every morning which keeps the water hot until through the night. Free tea and coffee. He comes and brings the best pancakes for breakfast with a lovely fruit salad. I told him I didn't like papaya so he made sure not to bring any so it didnt get wasted! He also asked if we would like the room cleaned after only the first night. The rooms are really clean and bright. I love coming out on a morning to the garden area and chilling, it's so peaceful. We ended up moving hotels to go somewhere with a kitchen but have cut our stay there short by 5 nights and are returning to the Artja Inn because we like it so much there. The WiFi wasn't working well the first night but this was resolved the next day and worked perfectly after that!!

What an oasis! The room was spacious and quiet with the best air conditioning I’ve ever had! View onto the lovely and lush garden. Located directly in the city centre but you would never know, it’s so quiet and green and all you hear are nature noises. The breakfast was delicious too.

The location was really good for me, close to a rice filed walk and also the centre of Ubud. The peaceful garden was fab, the size and cleanliness of the room and Ketut, he was great and I really felt really well looked after.

Great location, very central but set back from busy art market so quiet at night. Beautiful greenery. Loved being brought breakfast in the mornings to eat on the stunning balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful!
