Property information

Unique artist's apartment. Belonging to my artist mother, this very centrally located one-bedroom apartment has unique touches that make one feel comfortable and cozy in this great space. Minutes walking to nearly all of Dublin's major sites, surrounded by great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. NOTE: the location sometimes defaults to a place near the river. The actual location is on Clanbrassil St (near 57 The Headline bar)

Dublin 8 is the heart of Dublin - a charming combination of old Dublin and new, hip spots! From the legendary St. Patrick's Cathedral to wine bars, yoga studios, and coffee shops just across the street, this location will give you a taste of all the area has to offer! The Guinness Storehouse, Temple Bar, St. Stephen's Green, Teelings Whiskey Distillery and O'Connell Bridge are all within walking distance (20 minutes or less!). This location can't be beat! Most sites in Dublin from the Guiness Storehouse to Temple Bar are an easy stroll! There are also numerous bus routes nearby, and the Green Line LUAS (lightrail) is about a 10-minute walk.
