Marco and Gloria are incredible! They were really easy to work with. My wife and I had an issue with our airline, and missed our connecting flight to Venice, so only half of our family arrived in Venice on time, and Marco was so understanding. He worked with our family to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of even though we were having travel issues! The room was great, and comfortably fit a family of 4. Gloria was a fantastic host at breakfast, which was very enjoyable.
