Ajith and his family are excellent hosts. Very responsive, helpful and respectful. Ajith is always ready to answer your queries regarding sights, directions etc...the food served was tasty and quantity was great. Overall great and postive experience and will absolutely recommend.

For those seeking an authentic experiences in Sri Lanka, this is the place, look no further. The property is located within a short walking distance from Gregory lake. The view is spectacular. The house is situated in a village close to the town, but away from hustle and bustle. I cannot say enough about the hosts, Ajeet and Pria. Beautiful, hospitable, generous, honest, and very kind people. Pria is an excellent cook, we enjoyed our food! Ajeet showed us around, took us on the tour of the area. It was a fantastic day!

Amazing place in a quiet area, yet very close to the city centre. Nice room with everything you need, tasty breakfast and most importantly, an awesome host. I felt like I made a friend in Nuwara Eliya. I will definitely book again here when I come back! Also, if you want information about the area or to make a tour, the owner knows everything: places, people, and could arrange something for you, depending on what you want to see and how much time you have. Could only recommend!

The hosts are absolutely amazing! They were super kind and really wanted to help us with our plans and make our lives as easy as possible, even when the tuktuk driver couldn’t make it the host made sure to drive us himself. The room was also nice, equipped with a private bathroom with a hot shower!

Comfy bed and pillows, clean bathroom with hot water, generous breakfast. I have the whole house to myself during my stay as Ajith (the owner) was making an extension to the guesthouse which he kindly let me know beforehand. I didn't mind as I know I will be out the whole day to do my tour. He suggested places to eat, (Dushan's Kitchen is a must try when you visit Nuwara Eliya), took me on tea factory tours, to Ramboda falls, and Single Tree Hill. We took our time and not once did I feel rushed so I enjoyed every minute of it. The guesthouse is on a hill but just a 3 minutes walk to the main street through some stairs. Buses comes every 20 minutes and can take you to town in 15 minutes for 50 rupees. Ajith and his wife were so kind and made my stay so pleasant! Will definitely stay here again!

Felt like a genuine home stay. Homemade food was tasty. They made us food even in the early morning to fit our plans. Tips and recommendations regarding attractions were very useful. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hosts are what make this place a 10/10. They are super friendly and accommodating. They took us on a full day tour of all the main sites - got to ride in his vintage car the whole day as well! We were picked up and dropped off at the train station for a small fee - worth the convenience and comfort! Large space, comfy beds. They give you tons of blankets to stay warm in the chilly nights. A short tuk tuk to town or 30 min walk around the beautiful lake. There isn’t a huge need to be near the town anyways-not a lot going on. Would recommend staying here if looking for great hospitality!

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The property is not far away from the town and still has a quiet environment. The rooms and bathrooms are super clean, and there is a large living area that can be used. There are separate TVs in each room. Also, they never charged extra for coffee and tea. Definitely, it was worth the money, and the place is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts are great and helpful. They found as a great driver for the days we spent here, so we could easily see everything we wanted. The room is big, comfortable and clean and there is hot water (important in these cold areas). There is also a common area you share with one more room, so you basically have almost a house for yourself. The breakfast is really tasty as well! We would definitely love to come back!
