Le Gaimont-Vouvray is a former winemaker estate built in the 18th century between vineyards and the village. Its Italian-inspired gardens, laid out in terraces and decorated with a swimming pool heated in season, are today the privileged setting, relaxing, with simple luxury, of our family home, guest house, guest house. All of our very comfortable rooms and suites, tastefully decorated, have a view of the gardens and a private bathroom. In the mansion, 2 suites each offer 2 separate adjoining double bedrooms, ideal with children. In the turret, the small lovers' bedroom is independent and overlooks the garden. On the upper part of the domain, 2 suites sculpted in the rock in the 19th century have been equipped with absolute contemporary comfort and benefit from their independent terrace. The old cellars and the orangery house receptions and breakfasts in a mineral and warm setting. A community kitchen is available. A gate opening onto our little wood invites you to take a walk in the vineyards. We have a private car park with 5 spaces in front of our gate, and spaces inside for motorcycles, bicycles and exotic cars.
We love old stones, nature, good wines, festive atmospheres and beautiful encounters. We like to cook, travel, stay in beautiful hotels, visit exhibitions, organize events, play with our child or read a book under an olive tree by the pool. 3 generations of the family have concentrated their efforts to revive Le Gaimont and share it. The estate allows us to welcome our customers as friends, while reserving their private space. We are ideally located in the middle of the castles, vineyards and main points of interest of the Loire Valley. The Gaimont is a great starting point to discover these treasures for the eyes, ears and taste buds. If you wish, we can help you organize your events, celebrations with family or friends, weddings, receptions, seminars or simply your stay!
Vouvray is a pretty village of winegrowers, ideally located 15' from Amboise, 10' from Tours, 10' from the TGV station (59' from Paris Montparnasse), 15' from Tours international airport, 30' from Blois , close to all the castles of the Loire: Chenonceau, Villandry, Langeais, Azay Le Rideau,… and the Beauval Zoo is 1 hour away. Endowed with restaurants, food shops and small independent producers, Vouvray is a dynamic and epicurean town. Many tastings of its world famous wine are organized in the neighboring cellars. Le Gaimont is 500m from the center of Le Bourg, close enough to be practical, far away enough to be quiet.
