The no 45 is a period property in lovely residential area in Newington. There were a lot of buses to city centre and future ahead nearby so it was easy to get around. The host was lovely and looked after me very well, even getting up to prepare breakfast for me when I had a very early start. My room was small but big enough for a solo traveller with plenty of storage. All was very clean and well looked after. The room had a private bathroom in the corridor which was ok for me. A robe was provided so it made those early morning trips to bathroom more comfortable.
