Helpful, responsive, flexible staff. We got a random upgrade so we had plenty of space. I liked the location, we walked into the city center couple of times, and Eastern Chinatown in itself is a pretty cool neighborhood, plenty of food and coffee places nearby.

it was more than expected,the lady reaponsible was very sweet answering all my questions via call and text.the place was squeaky clean and very confortable for me and my girlfriend,there was soap towels slippers paper it was heated because it was raining and cold outside.no curfew and no problems with noise, we appreciated the upgrade we stayed on top and we will def be back to the same lodge when we go back to toronto.we felt very welcomed and secure nice restaurants nearby.digital doorknob outside and physical key for the room ,outlets every walls thanks for receiving us! cheers

It's calm place, no one disturb you. Comfortable double bed - that's great for couples. There're a tram rails near the house, so you can easily go to any place in the city not only by taxi.

The property managers/owners were easy to communicate with. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The kitchenette just outside our room was a bonus.

Very easy check in, get into the room and it had what I for a one or two nights. There is a kitchen out of the rooms and a fridge. Owner offer coffee. Room and bathroom are clean and towels are provided. Highly recommend it

The location was perfect as all the needs you can imagine were a short walk away, the streets were well lit and not too busy. The owners kept in contact within minutes every time I would have a question or message for any reason. Also the free upgrade to the available suite was spectacular!

The room was very clean. They put some shower gel and shampoo which are very thoughtful. The room was also warm. There is a kitchen you can use for preparing breakfast or dinner. There are plenty of plates and glasses whatever you need . The neighborhood is very quite . We like it so much. You can get the streetcar in front if the house. You just need to walk 2-4 minutes. It was easy to go to old Toronto. Walmart and Winners are located and you can go by just 6-10 minutes walking . Air conditioning is working all the time. The owner is also kind and helpful. very good value for money, exactely as described. I had a bathroom with a private kitchen area and even an extra bedding area so it was pretty big and clean too. I know there is a tram near that comes frequently, but I only took the bus. They don't come that often but they take you right at the front harbor.
